This clinic now offers Pfizer (12+), Moderna (18+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+) vaccines every day.
Pfizer boosters areavailable by appointment only for qualifying* people who previously had Pfizer and are six months post-second shot. Patients must bring their vaccination card with them to their appointment.
*Criteria to qualify for Pfizer booster:
Boosters are for patients ages 65 and older and residents of long-term care facilities, ages 18+.
They are also authorized for patients ages 18 to 64 with underlying medical conditions.
They are also authorized for patients ages 18 to 64 who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure because of their occupational setting.
Boosters are solely for patients who received the Pfizer vaccine. Right now, boosters have not been authorized for the Moderna and J&J vaccines.
There must be at least six months between a patient’s second dose and booster dose.
All vaccines are free. Appointments and walk-ups for first- and second-doses will be available during the following hours. (Appointments are required for Pfizer booster.)

Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fridays: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sundays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All patients will be asked to complete a short registration form before receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. To help expedite the process, patients can complete the form onlineand bring a copy to their appointment.
First- and second-dose Pfizer (12+) and Moderna (18+) vaccines, plus one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccines (18+), are available for Missoula County residents ages 12 and older from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Booster doses of Pfizer and Moderna for immunocompromised individuals only are also available during those hours. No appointment necessary. Patients can call 406-243-5167 to talk to a staff member.
Beargrass Family Medicinewill hold a drive-up clinic with single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccines (18+) on Friday, June 4, from 12:30 to 4 p.m. at 445 W. Alder St. Open to the public as well as established patients. Appointments required; call 406-510-1800 to schedule.
Enrolled veterans can schedule an appointment for an upcoming vaccination clinics by calling 877-468-8387 and selecting option 2, and then option 2 again. Schedulers will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except federal holidays.

Western Montana Clinic
WMC has completed its vaccine clinics. New and existing patients may be able to receive a vaccine by appointment with their treating provider, but supplies and locations are limited. Patients are also encouraged to make an appointment at a public clinic or contact one of the many local pharmacies to receive vaccination.
