Missoula County residents can book an appointment online for the following clinics. Those without Internet access or who are not proficient online can call 406-258-INFO (4636), option 3, to schedule an appointment during the clinic hours listed below.
This clinic now offers Pfizer (12+), Moderna (18+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+) vaccines every day.
VACCINES FOR AGES 5 TO 11
The health department plans to start offering COVID-19 vaccine appointments for children ages 5 and older on Monday, Nov. 8, pending the CDC’s approval meeting goes as anticipated. Appointments are required to ensure adequate staffing and supplies. The link to make appointments is available on missoulainfo.com. Online booking for child appointments goes live the afternoon of Saturday, Nov. 6. Second-dose appointments must take place 21 days after the first dose; the health department will not be able to provide flexibility on this.
BOOSTER DOSES
The Missoula City-County Health Department is now offering booster doses of the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to eligible county residents:
- Booster doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are appropriate for individuals who have previously received 2 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least 6 months prior to the booster appointment and meet at least one of the booster criteria listed at the bottom of this page.
- Booster doses for the Janssen vaccine are appropriate for individuals who have previously received 1 dose of the Janssen vaccine at least 2 months prior to the booster appointment.
- Third doses for immunocompromised individuals are appropriate for individuals who have previously received a second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines at least 28 days prior AND are moderately to severely immunocompromised.
Note: The CDC has approved receiving a booster dose of a different brand than what was originally administered. If you wish to receive a different brand, please register for the brand that you want and not what you have already received.

At the MCCHD clinic at Southgate Mall, booster shots will be available by appointment only. Appointments are available by calling 258-INFO (4636), option 3, or
online at covid19.missoula.co. The health department asks county residents to be sure to bring their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card.
ALL VACCINES ARE FREE
All vaccines are free. Appointments and walk-ups for first- and second-doses will be available during the following hours. (Appointments are required for booster.)
- Mondays: 3 to 7 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursdays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Fridays: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Sundays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All patients will be asked to complete a short registration form before receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. To help expedite the process, patients
can complete the form online and bring a copy to their appointment.
